Mission Statement
From the onset as a community based organization, Purpose and Destiny Transitional Living Facility will be dedicated to assisting three vulnerable groups of individuals with the opportunity to have a safe, stable home:
1) Men transitioning from prison.
2) Women transitioning from prison.
3) Ex-felons that cannot procure housing due to their records.
Vision Statement
Currently, Purpose and Destiny Transitional Living Facility's purpose is to work with Texas Department of Criminal Justice and Harris County Jail to assist individuals from the penal system by providing our homes for them to live. Purpose and Destiny Transitional Living Facility (TLF) will provide residential transitional housing to men of various ages. It is our mission to help them to reach the point of self-sufficiency to live independently in their own residence. Our endeavor is to expand to provide homes for women as well.
Purpose and Destiny Transitional Living Facility objectives are to provide:

• Nutritional Meals
• Personal Hygiene Items
• Transportation
• Goal Setting
• Communication Enhancement
• Outsourced Resources including counseling, mentoring, financial management, and
behavior management

Our Programs
Housing
We provide local housing for men that want to enter back into society.
Job Readiness
We provide job readiness to help men get great jobs once they get out of jail.
GED Preparation
Ged preparation helps rehabilitated men pass their GED test.
Transportation
Transportation is provided to aid ex-offenders with job opportunities and getting essential needs.
3 Daily Meals
We provide three daily meals to men that are in search of healthy food and care.
Clothing
We provide clothing for our clients with fresh clothes to wear if they are in need.
Self Development
We provide self development classes to help our clients develop themselves and skills.
